Shi-En Shiau, PE
Mr. Shiau has 32 years of experience in water, wastewater, transportation, utility, and storm drainage & flood control projects. Much of his work involves creative approaches to complex problem solving. Mr. Shiau is a three time recipient of the ACEC Engineering Excellence Award-Winning Professional Engineer and was featured as the cover person for American Public Works Magazine.
He earned his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering at the Iowa Institute of Hydraulic Research at the University of Iowa in 1978. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Soil & Water Engineering at National Chung-Hsing University of Taiwan in 1974.
Waleed Aboshanp, PhD, PE
Dr. Aboshanp has 16 years of experience designing water and wastewater infrastructure. He earned his PhD in Environmental Engineering in 2003 at Arizona State University. He earned his MS and BS in Civil Engineering in 1997 and 1992 respectively at Helwan University in Cairo, Egypt.
Woosuk Cha, PhD, PE
Dr. Cha has 13 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering. He earned his PhD in Environmental Engineering in 2004 at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology in South Korea. He earned his MS in Environmental Engineering in 1997 at Asian Institue of Technology in South Korea. He received his BS in Materials Engineering in 1993 from Ajou University in South Korea.
Tarek Tahawy, PhD, PE
Dr. Tahawy has 15 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering. He is a specialist in hydrology and hydraulics, having taught hydraulics and fluid mechanics at the University of Calgaryin Canada. He earned his MS and BS in Civil Engineering in 1997 and 1992 respectively at Helwen University in Cairo, Egypt. He earned his PhD in Civil Engineering in 2004 at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
