Primatech performed design, post design and construction administration services for the replacement of water pipelines in the area bounded by 63rd Avenue on the west, 43rd Avenue on the east, Orangewood Avenue on the north and Maryland Avenue on the south. The design included survey, geotechnical investigation, as-built review, alignment study, design plans, cost evaluation, specifications and constructability assessment. The post design services of the project included the preparation of bid documents, assistance with the bidding process, contractor selection and contract preparation. Primatech also provided construction administration and inspection services (CA&I). The project was delivered through the CM@R delivery method.
